Our Projects

We just completed our Bangapura & Kawara project! MyJal is proud to announce that over 1000 elementary school children now have access to clean water.

To experience a regular school day for kids in small villages, I insisted with my parents on attending a day of school in a small village. During our trip to India, I visited a school in Bhiwandi, a village outside Mumbai. The kids' plight in the school made me understand the ground reality and more determined on my purpose. 

Our first project was located in the same primary school in Maharashtra, India; I had visited. We were looking to complete the project in 2010 . Before starting the project we conducted groundwater contamination assessment remediation and management. The study of ground came out negative and we had to abandon the project.
